Working as an Executive Assistant at Operations department with main responsibilities of handling claims and other work.
- Handle Hospital management and reimbursement claims according to policies.
- Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively within a team environment.
- Review Process Claims to finalize resolution of estimates.
- Issue payment on completed estimates and supplements.
- Track payments issued.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction of repairs
- Process pending clients claim and sent data to accounts department for making payments.
- Dispatch bunch of cheques on various zones.
- Evaluation and resolution of Customer Service cases related to reimbursement requests.
- Review and validation of requests for claim review and other claims documents.
- Client verification and email correspondence.
- Ability to manage a large work volume and meet deadlines.
ALL WORK RELATED TO EXPORT / OPERATION. Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping documentation.Ensuring that all appropriate documentation is kept on files and available for inspection at all times. Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping company/agents for scheduling shipments to ensure smooth and timely dispatch & processing of shipping documents.
